Upon dowloading once or 48 hours after purchasing the mp3 the file expires and you will not be able to download the file further. You can download the mp3 to your portable digital device(mp3 player) for your personal private use and that its not transfered. You can also burn the mp3 to cd media for your own personal private use as long as its not transfered or sold to any other parties.
